9/11 Memorial: Museum, Tours, and Remembrance

Visit this tribute of remembrance to honor to the 3,000 people that died in the terror attacks on September 11, 2001 and witness the 9/11 Memorial and Museum located at the site of the former World Trade Center complex. The outdoor Memorial features waterfalls and twin reflecting pools where the Twin Towers once stood. Each about an acre long, hold the names of every person who died inscribed into bronze panels edging the pools. The Survivor Tree, a damaged Callery pear tree that was found at Ground Zero, stands tall replanted on the memorial as a living reminder of the resilience, survival, and rebirth of our country. Inside the museum, you'll find more than 10,000 artifacts, images, and exhibits that explore the days leading up to 9/11, the day of, and thereafter, including the events that occurred at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon in DC, and the story of Flight 93.
